Accessibility statement

Zenius QA wants everyone to be able to use this website and the Zenius platform, whatever their abilities or the technology they use. We build against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and we treat accessibility failures like any other defect: reported, triaged and fixed.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, a skip link, a single logical heading order and visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components; no information conveyed by colour alone.
  • Keyboard operation of every control, including the discipline tabs, use-case list, menus and forms, with arrow-key navigation where the ARIA pattern expects it.
  • Form fields with visible labels, error messages that identify the field, and no time limits.
  • Respect for the "reduce motion" preference: animations and scroll effects are disabled when your system requests it.
  • Text that resizes to 200% without loss of content, and layouts that reflow down to 320 pixels wide.
  • Self-hosted fonts and no third-party scripts by default, so assistive technologies see a stable page.

Known limitations

The illustrative charts on the "What we do" section and the ROI calculator are described in adjacent text; the charts themselves are decorative and hidden from assistive technology. Some downloadable documents provided during evaluation (for example vendor PDFs) may not yet be fully tagged; ask us for an accessible version.

Feedback and enforcement

If you find something you cannot use, email rahul@zenius.ai with the page and the problem; we acknowledge within two business days and aim to fix or provide an alternative within ten. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the relevant body where you live — for example the Equality Advisory and Support Service in the UK or the U.S. Department of Justice's ADA information line.

Technical information

This website is static HTML, CSS and JavaScript. We test with keyboard-only navigation, screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA), browser zoom, and automated checks in a headless browser at multiple viewport widths. The statement is reviewed with every significant release of the site.
